Delete your Turonay account
This page applies to accounts on the Turonay website and the Turonay Android app (developer: Akolya Limited). You do not need to reinstall the app.
Delete it yourself (recommended)
- Sign in to your account on turonay.com or in the app.
- Open your Profile page.
- Open the "Close account" section at the bottom, type your username to confirm and press "Close my account permanently".
If you cannot sign in
Email privacy@turonay.com from the address registered on your account with the subject "Account deletion request" and include your username. After verifying your identity we complete the request within 30 days.
Data that is deleted
- Your name, username, email and phone number are anonymised.
- Your profile picture and API key are deleted; the API key and sessions stop working immediately.
- Any balance on the account is cleared and not refunded — please use your balance before deleting.
- A deleted account cannot be restored.
Data that is kept (without identity)
- Payment and invoice records (including Google Play purchases): 10 years as required by law (Turkish Commercial Code art. 82), not linked to you.
- Access logs: 2 years (Law No. 5651).
