TERMS OF SERVICE

01. PARTIES AND SUBJECT

These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") are concluded electronically between Turonay (the "Platform" or "Provider"), operated by Akolya Limited, and the natural or legal person who registers with the Platform and uses its services (the "User").

The subject of the Agreement is to set out the conditions of use for the virtual number rental, SMS verification and related digital services offered by the Platform, and the rights and obligations of the parties. By registering, the User declares that they have read and understood this agreement in full and accept all of its clauses unconditionally.

02. DEFINITION AND SCOPE OF THE SERVICE

• 2.1. The Platform assigns the User a temporary "virtual phone number" for third-party websites and applications (WhatsApp, Telegram, Google, Facebook and others) and delivers the verification codes (OTP) received on those numbers to the User.
• 2.2. The service provided is an "intermediary service". The Platform is not a mobile operator and does not sell physical SIM cards. Numbers are supplied digitally through global providers.
• 2.3. Numbers are divided into "single use" and "rental". Single-use numbers are removed from the system after a successful SMS and the same number cannot be assigned again to the User or anyone else.

03. CONDITIONS OF USE AND PROHIBITIONS

While using the Platform, the User is obliged to comply with the following rules:

• 3.1. Illegal activity: Numbers may not be used for criminal acts such as fraud, phishing, money laundering, terrorist financing, drug trafficking, threats, blackmail or harassment. Where detected, the account is closed immediately, the balance is frozen and the User's IP address, transaction logs and identity data are passed to the prosecuting authorities.
• 3.2. Spam and bulk sending: Using numbers obtained through the Platform to send bulk advertising, spam messages or harassing content via automated software is prohibited.
• 3.3. Account security: The User is personally responsible for the security of their account password and API key. The Platform cannot be held liable for financial losses arising from these details reaching third parties.
• 3.4. Multiple accounts: Opening more than one account by the same person in order to abuse promotions or trial balances is prohibited. Where detected, all related accounts are closed.

04. FINANCIAL TERMS AND REFUNDS

• 4.1. Transaction guarantee and automatic refund: When the User rents a number and no SMS arrives from the relevant service within the set period, the transaction is deemed "failed" and no charge is made. The amount deducted from the balance is refunded automatically.
• 4.2. Successful transactions: Transactions where the SMS code is displayed in the Platform interface are deemed "successful" and the service performed. After this point, the Platform does not refund if the number is banned, closed or suspended by the relevant service.
• 4.3. Use of balance: Loaded balance has no expiry date. However, the balance of accounts with no activity for 12 months may be zeroed.

05. DISCLAIMER

The Platform cannot control the algorithms, security policies or updates of third-party applications. Therefore, in the following situations:

• The rented number being marked as banned or unusable by the target application (no charge is made as long as no SMS arrives, but the Platform is not responsible for lost time).
• The target application closing the account after it has been created.
• General outages originating from the operator.

the Platform cannot be held liable. The service is provided "as is".

06. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

Disputes arising from this agreement are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
